I work with physicians, academics, technology professionals, artists, creatives, and LGBTQIA+ adults whose competence can sometimes conceal exhaustion, uncertainty, or disconnection.

Being capable does not necessarily make life feel satisfying. You may be able to analyze a problem, perform under pressure, and understand yourself remarkably well while still repeating patterns you cannot think your way out of. Therapy can become a place where insight moves beyond explanation and into lived change.
